The FC-200 Series is our standard digital, fixed-frequency, sensor ready, UL/cUL listed Rodix vibratory feeder control.
200 Series vibratory feeder controllers are designed to run your vibratory feeder system continuously.
They can be demand cycled by a PLC or an external 12 VDC optical parts sensor.
Features & Benefits of the 200 Series Feeder Cube® include:
- With the use of a Rodix CFR vibration sensor mounted on your feeder, FC-200 Series controls can maintain a constant feed rate through varying loads.
- 60 or 120 pps selectable (50 or 100 pps @ 50 Hz).
- All settings are adjustable directly through the software menu which can be password protected to reduce user tampering.
- Menu language options include English, Spanish, French, and German.
- 120 and 240 VAC models are available with either AC output for vibratory feeders, DC output for brushed DC motors, or co-mixed AC/DC output controls.
- Options available that include our AB series controller for multi-lane blow off application.
- Standard packaging options are General Purpose (NEMA-1), Oil Resistant (NEMA-12), and Open Frame.
- Standard FC‒200 products are UL/cUL Certified (standard controls), with CE Mark options available.

| 120 VAC | 15 Amp Standard Controls | All single and dual coil Vibratory Feeder Bowls rated for less than 15 Amps. |
| 30 Amp High Current Models | For 3 and 4 coil Vibratory Feeder Bowls rated for 30 amps or less. | |
| 240 VAC | 8 Amp Standard controls | All single and dual coil Vibratory Feeder Bowls rated for less than 8 Amps. |
| 15 Amp High Current Models | For 3 and 4 coil Vibratory Feeder Bowls rated for 15 amps or less. |
