It is housed in a NEMA-1 General Purpose enclosure and comes with a 111-500 Banner fiber optic sensor installed and (2) 111-000-0052 36" black plastic fiber optic cables. Input voltage is 120 VAC, 50/60 Hz. Output is fused for 15 amps.
