Vibratory Feeder Controls
The FC-40 Plus Series is the standard analog, fixed frequency, UL/cUL listed Rodix vibratory feeder control.
The FC-40 Plus is designed to run continuously or be demand cycled by PLC. Input voltage options are 120V, 240V, 480V, and 575V, with either AC (vibratory feeder) or DC (brushed DC motor) output. Standard packaging options are General Purpose (NEMA-1), Oil Resistant (NEMA-12), and Open Frame. We also offer FC-40-AB Plus controls which include an installed AB control board for multi-lane feeder bowl applications to blow excess parts on a lane back into the bowl.
